Confirmation: After we receive your order, you will receive a confirmation email. You are responsible for reviewing all order details and ensuring their accuracy before we proceed with production. -
Shipping Methods and Timeframes

Lost Packages: If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please check with neighbors or your local carrier first. If the package cannot be located, please contact us within 7 days of the marked delivery date. While we will do our best to help locate your package, The Rusty Spur Tails & Designs is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier.

As stated in our Terms of Service, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for custom products unless there is an error on our part.
