Refund policy

At The Rusty Spur Tails & Designs., we prioritize quality and customer satisfaction. However, due to the customized nature of our products, certain restrictions apply to returns and refunds. Please review our policy below:

  1. Custom Orders

    All Sales Are Final: All sales of custom-made products are final and non-refundable. By placing a custom order, you confirm that you have reviewed and approved the Custom Order Approval and Acknowledgement Contract provided during the order process.

    No Modifications or Cancellations: Custom orders cannot be modified or canceled once the approval and payment have been received.

  2. Damaged or Incorrect Items

    If your order arrives damaged or contains an incorrect item, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. Be sure to include clear photos of the damage or incorrect product for verification.

    Once your claim is verified, we will arrange for a replacement or provide a refund for the affected item(s).

  3. Exclusions

    Shipping Costs: Shipping fees are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

    Final Sale Items: Items marked as final sale are not eligible for returns or refunds.
