The Rusty Spur Tails & Designs is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged once shipped. Orders are shipped to the address provided during checkout, please make sure to double check the mailing address.
Return Policies
An item is only returnable if there is a physical defect or flaw. We work extremely hard to ensure a quality product so if you ever have any concerns, please reach out to us.
Items that have been tried on a horse or left outdoors as well as sale and custom orders are nonrefundable. Buyer is responsible for return shipping, all returns will incur a 10% fee and a refund will be issued when the item is received back.
Buyer has 72hrs to contact The Rusty Spur Tails & Designs with the defect concerns or refunds.
